Meer rock, riffs 'n rhythms komen uit de schuiven van DJ's Eddy Tattoo, Maaike, Rockin' Rolando en Sniffer Piet.

The Sultans of Beat strut in to town to deliver their own unique brand of musical mayhem! The Goon Mat, Lord Bernardo & Ben Plastic cook up a wicked stew of B-movie imagery, hill country drone, primal blues and sex crazed Rhythm 'n' Booze.

The Baboons zijn vier twintigers uit Turnhout die toch al een vijftal jaren meedraaien aan de top van de Belgische roots en rock 'n' roll scene. Niet toevallig uit Turnhout, stad die door het jaarlijkse druk internationaal bezochte Rockin' Around Festival de naam van 'Biggest Belgian Rock 'n' Roll Town' kreeg. The Baboons brengen een eigenzinnige mix van rootsrock, country, boogie, rhythm 'n' blues, swing en rockabilly. Piepjong nog, stonden ze op het Belgian Rhythm 'n' Blues Festival in Peer. Intussen speelden The Baboons op festivals in heel Europa, zoals vorig jaar op de Hotrod Hayride in Surrey (UK), de Rockabilly All-Nighter in Hamburg en High Rockabilly in Barcelona (SP). In de volgende maanden zijn ze geboekt voor o.m. de Rhythm Riot in Sussex (UK) en de Rockin' Race Jamboree in Malaga (SP). De Turnhoutse rockers deelden ook het podium met legendes als The Blasters of Bo Diddley en brachten vorig jaar hun eerste full CD uit. 'Boogie Curse' bestaat grotendeels uit eigen nummers, ging vlot van de hand en kreeg al snel een tweede druk.

Het Duitse Smokestack Lightnin' dat als geen andere Europese band zich Amerikaanse rootsmuziek eigen kan maken: country, rockabilly en andere "Modern Twang" (nieuwe cd)! Check zeker hun versie van "Unknown Stuntman" die figureert in een Hondacommercial

Dan Sartain is an American rockabilly musician from Birmingham, Alabama. He has released records for Swami Records, One Little Indian, Skybucket Records, Cass Records and Bent Rail Foundation. Although he has released several self-produced albums over the years, his first commercially-available studio album Dan Sartain Vs. The Serpientes was released by Swami Records in 2005. This was followed in 2006 with Join Dan Sartain on the same label. As of June 2007 he is on tour as support for The White Stripes.

With both feet in this wealthy roots tradition their musical passion has brought them frequently on a variety of stages and their concerts are mostly rated very favourable. This made them eager to strengthen their foundationns and finetune their shows. Equiped with double bass,drums,the right tube-driven amps,a bunch of authentic guitars - all played with the right attitude you can witness what it means to shake the audience and set the stage on fire. Untill today they only released a successful demo-CD but plans are under construction for new recordings late 2005.
