Baby Cham

Baby Cham
Cham (born Damian Beckett on February 24, 1979) is a Grammy Award-nominated Jamaican recording artist, most well known for his 2006 single "Ghetto Story" from his major label debut album of the same name, a song which led to multiple "story" songs by other artists in a similar vein.[1] He is currently signed to Atlantic Records, and was previously known as Baby Cham, until 2005. He is still called "Baby Cham" by his Jamaican fans and fans from around the world. The Miami New Times referred to Cham's 2000 debut album Wow... The Story as "the most anticipated album in years from any reggae artist," and a Washington Post review of a live Cham concert in 2006 described him as "the man who may be the next Sean Paul -- a dancehall artist who crosses over to the U.S. hip-hop market."[2][3] Throughout his career, Cham has collaborated with many hip-hop and R&B artists such as Foxy Brown, Alicia Keys, Carl Thomas, Shawn Mims, Akon, and T-Pain, Keke Palmer and many others.

Supersonic Sound

Supersonic Sound
Supersonic was founded in the summer of 1998 in Berlin, Germany, when Panza (Selector) recorded his first set of mix tapes. He soon started selecting on his own playing a few clubs in Berlin. Spider (MC) joined the sound in 1999 and after a brief period the two became a well known tag team travelling all over the country. In 1999 Uzzla joined the two and became an important addition to the crew. In 2005 Danny Fyah left his own Firesound and joined Supersonic in addition to Spider on the mic. Then in 2006 the "Remix-Don" Jr. Blender joined the sound and added his skills as a selector and producer. Supersonic did win several clashes over the years, the most important ones beeing "Kill Or Be Killed" 2001, "Riddim Clash" 2004, "Global Clash" 2009 and "War In The East" 2007, 2009 and 2010!
